TESTIMONIES

"Vanderly is an excellent listener, professional, and always patient, trustworthy, and encouraging. She creates a very relaxing environment where you feel comfortable opening up. She’s helped me get through some very difficult things from my past, heal from it, and gain an understanding of why things happen the way they happen. She’s also helped me figure out the things I needed to change and improve on in my life in order to help improve my relationship with my daughter. Also, I love the homework that she would give so I can continue to work through things and on myself. Her guidance has helped me not only mentally and physically but also spiritually. She’s truly been a blessing in my life and I’ll forever be grateful for her. "

"Having been coached by Vanderly, in a local mom’s group, was truly food for my soul. Even within a group, Vanderly was an attentive active listener. To shine a light on a situation or topic shared, Vanderly made connections that were not only deeply spiritual & root based, but practical, as well. I felt there was always an enlightenment Vanderly brought when we processed through something together. At times, she helped to steer my eyes to ‘see’ and understand something I struggled with in a new way. Her ability to ask clarifying questions was truly remarkable. Likewise, I was always impressed with the practical steps that she kindly recommended, as well. In situations shared that were out of my control, some of her practical steps, that I implemented, allowed me to feel empowered."

"I have benefited so much from Vanderly. The sessions and her teaching topics are so relevant. She knows how to ask the right questions and steer a topic to help you become aware of what you need to do next. I used to feel like I couldn’t do it all and have the emotional stamina to give what my kids needed but she helped me release things where I could create a space to enter new parenting territory confidently."

Parent of 3 (Ages 3-15)
"I now have a road map and direction to deal with issues that used to stump me. I found my “why” and new tools to handle hard things. I used to feel like a fish out of water flopping around but Vanderly helped me get back in the water! I learned to validate myself and realize, I am okay! I am important. Vanderly is also so easy to talk to. She has this way of comforting you and helping you keep moving ahead."
Jennifer
Parent of 4 (Ages 12-20)
"Vanderly has given me a broader perspective on the parenting journey. The process has been so meaningful. I have reframed my perspective as a parent and on the parent-team. She helped me see what I am holding onto and what I let go of on a personal level keeps impacting me as a parent too. Vanderly offers direction and redirection and does so in such a nonjudgmental or affirming way, that I can stand back and assess and be able to go back in confidently to approach things that once overwhelmed me."
